holy smoke - it's fantastic! love that you have an extra lot for the horticulture and agriculture and a second building for your g̶r̶o̶w̶ ̶o̶p video work. it's going to be lovely. i also love that it has horrible wallpaper - i remember the video of the decor & wallpapered power socket in jay's dad's house. now i want to come and stay in your cupboard. you realise, of course, that most north americans would see that space and think "oh my god, we could get a 60 inch plasma TV in there with room to spare"

Best thing about the video? The way Jay felt up that roof. Houses can be living things. Yours is a pretty girl ;).

This looks like such a great fixxer-upper! It'll be a lot of work but also a lot of fun I think. I love the "daybed" area and that there's a second building and lot. Also, wood stoves are the best.

I can't wait to see it finished!

You made me want to buy a house now. :-)

LOVE it! Love it love it love it! It's a lot bigger on the insiade than it looks on the outside. Holy CRAP you are one delightfully motivated cookie! I'd look at all that work and go "Awesome!I'm psyched!" then totally not do it. You, Ryanne, are the Queen of Can-Do.

Glad to get a house tour in my fave Electro-Grover sweatshirt.

Let the house games begin!

WE LOVE YOUR HOUSE AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! Wow, what a cool thing. And it's all YOURS (and JAY's!). One question. The cat apartment will be located......where? Love, Dad and Laurie

Ryanne, loved the house. I thought we had a lot of work to do. Wow, truly a fixer-upper. But it looks like a lot of fun. I assume you are living somewhere else while working on it?

Now pack those cabinets with dried foods and ammo!

Looks amazing. You guys are going to turn it into a smooth working machine.

Love the workshop barn, deck and all the outside space too... look at those trees! I think you should invite Mikey and Wendy out to help you renovate Green Acres stylie.

Good luck with the big adventure!
