it's been about a month since we arrived in virginia. been having trouble picking up my camera as much or editing my own videos. we're offline a lot, so that might have something to do with it... i feel i'm on a roll here though so there is more to come!

It's so good to see you two again. I see you are getting down in the garden straight off. Got any chickens yet?
Good to see a video from you two.
Sweet calm moving pictures you put together. keep the flow then, we want to see more.
:-)
A great new chapter. Virginia looking lush (despite the plastic mayhem covering the sweet potatoes!). Dig for victory.
I started blogging about a year ago. Your blog was one of the first that I read/watched that motivated me to start mine. Now beginning to learn to vlog and podcast. I always look forward to your blog posts. Thanks for the inspiration.
looks beautiful out there.
yeah to digging in the dirt...
here's what you two got me started on...

say... what camera do you recommend for video blogging, as you can see, mine is a bit shady.
raven
thank god! I was wondering how you two were doing! geesh. gets weird if it's too long before you post something. Welcome back to humidity and plastic. oye.
Nice - Virginia is such a green, beautiful state! Hoping everything's dandy there!
Hooray! At last!
Evocative, beautifully edited, no surprise there of course. Love the night shot of Jay in the car, the supermarket section!!!, all of it really.
Thanks for the updated video guys. I liked the shot of Jay staring into the glowing LCD as the car headlights came up on the background.
You guys got cabin fever yet? :-)
Man, alive is that ever gorgeous. No wonder you're offline a lot.
I've never seen an individually wrapped potato in all my life. So weird.
The pictures! The sounds! If I told you how your filmmaking makes me feel, you wouldn't believe me. I have a funny feeling inside, and it's not the Thirsty Beaver beer I just drank.
I was hoping that you hadn't been posting every day of your move, so that I wouldn't feel so bad about not posting mine. Now we're both settled in the sticks at opposite ends of the country, we can restart vlogging together. It'll be like Duelling Banjos.
Hey look who's filming! It was weird looking at the opening shot, I was like, "Hey, i've been down that road!" Glad to see you back, and can't wait to see more! You guys ROCK!
This place looks beautiful! It looks like you guys are really doing what you said you were going to do. (Not that I doubted it :)
Hi! nice to see you again.
Man oh Man
Hard to imagine not waking up the Mac right after I wake up
It must bring a different way of living
Not ready for that
Maybe 'cause I am of an older generation
I like the instant on.
I cheer you on,though
and relish the adventure
and will try to stay aware of it.
ZuD now on LifeinHD.tv
just in case
No yam shall go unwrapped. Nice to have some dirt to call yer own.
very nice commentary on the supermarket food supply!
i hope you two are enjoying virginia, we miss you in SF
