yesterday we went to some pretty intense and amazing places. recorded mostly on the big camera so you'll get to see them later. 2 orphanages, one in a rural village and one in the urban slums. it feels weird bringing cameras in to those places, but it seemed that everyone there, children and adults, welcomed us. i really love hanging out with kids. they're so playful even under the worst circumstances. pretty amazing. thanks for watching, i'm so excited to be able to share this stuff with everyone almost instantly! and i'm glad people care to watch. i love videoblogging.

Wonderful videos! Yes, my experience has been that even in the most impoverished environments kids seem to be able to create a wonderful sense of play and community that we sometimes don't have in America.
Its so exciting to experience Cambodia through Jay's and your eyes.
I totally dig the peacock buddha!
The big camera? what on earth was THIS filmed on? The small one?
The images are crystal clear and bright with amazing color.
What a vibrant and wondrous place Cambodia is. Looking forward to more footage of this amazing trip.
Thanks for doing this. You guys are working for REAL good and I am proud to know you.
This reminds me of the mixed feelings of love and sadness I felt in Thailand. I truly loved the country and the people, who seemed willing to give to me at every turn. I also felt sadness for the extremes of poverty, malnutrition and disease there.
You can turn 360 degrees in a place like that and have your soul crushed and built up in the same breath.
I hope you are having a really beautiful, meaningful experience there in Cambodia. I love the videos!
i love this video.
i'm glad you have time to edit. thank you so much.
The atmosphere of this video is totally different than the first one. The first one is full of excitement and joy and promise. Here it feels that you two are overwhelmth by the world you dove into and are taking steps back to think. Makes me think. Please keep them coming.
just commented over on momentshowing. images and sounds still firing round my brain. thanks for taking the time. so weird and cool to see this *right now*. i love videoblogging too :D
water buffalo and lotus stems? sounds like an experience.
there is something rich and deep about being the foreigner in a new place.
take it all in.
We're with you all the way. Wondrous views...
